Studied, ‘Sound Recording and Sound Engineering’ at FTII, Pune, 1969-72.
Worked in Mumbai as audiographer, mixing engineer and sound designer for feature films, documentaries, and television series.
As a natural progression I entered creative disciplines of entertainment business, like writing, production and direction.

Production, Writing & Direction:
 
Production Designer in Hersh Kohli Production’s Hindi feature titled, ’Kaun Ho Sakta Hai’, (2004).
 
Sound Designer and worked on script, location shootings and editing for Hindi feature film, ‘Beyond Boundaries’, produced by KNC Media and Entertainment (2003).
 
Produced and directed following educational documentaries:

These documentaries were made to illustrate innovative teaching methods of an outstanding educationist in India, Dr. R. Varadarajan, founder-principal NES, Mumbai in Dec. 2002. First 2 films participated in the IDPA festival Aug 2003.
 
Wrote and directed 26 episodes of an anchor based show titled, 'Mega Hit Parade', for Plus Channel. It was telecast on Star Plus, July 99-Jan2000.

With the consultancy team led by Mr. Ketan Mehta, for Doordarshan News channel on a 3-month assignment (Jan 1999-April 2000).

At eConvergence Technologies Ltd, Mumbai, a ‘distance learning’ company providing coaching via VSAT. Also designed the studio.
